I too was rather surprised that one could actually lose weight this way. But it is not all types of tea which help you to lose weight. Instead of choosing to smoke I ate instead. Six months and 18 pounds later I noticed that my pants didn’t fit quite right. One evening my partner informed me that I needed to take care of myself because it wasn’t healthy to be so overweight. I quickly noted that I was eating without a reason, I was not hungry. Because I was not excercising at all I needed to at least change my diet. I also took the decision to burn the fat by doing regular exercise. I took membership in our neighborhood gym and decided to go for an hour’s workout every day.
I had come to a conclusion. I needed to get back the physique I used to have. No matter what happens, not going to the gym is not an option.
