Try to stay positive, you may even notice that your pants fit better even though you haven’t lost any weight.

Another thing you need to consider it to try other things than just aerobic activity. It is a good idea to work a little weight training into the picture also. Weight training can revive your metabolism if or when it slows down. Always keep in mind that muscle burns fat.
